Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
JK Events Planning provides event planning services, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and more. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
An advance payment of **70%** is required much earlier, typically **1 month** before the event depending on the date of the event. Full payment must be made **within 1 week** before the event day.
- If the client cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances **months before the event**, a full refund will be granted. Exceptions may apply depending on the situation.
- If the client cancels the event **within the month of the event**, especially **within 2 weeks of the event**, **50% of the advanced/full payment** will not be refunded.
- If JK Events Planning cancels the event or services, a **full refund** will be granted, along with a letter of apology.
- All cancellations must be made via phone call or by email to the provided contact details prior to the event.
JK Events Planning will not be held liable for any damages or losses during the event unless caused by negligence. Clients are encouraged to seek event insurance if required.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
